Your field of responsibility

Join us as an intern in the Business Management team, where you will have the chance to see the bank from a 360° view, collaborating with all the different areas and departments as well as our Head Office.

Our team primarily supports the CEO and the COO in their decision-making process by means of

analysis and preparation of specific reports, executive communication and strategy and key commit-tees management.

You may be involved in special projects and important initiatives for the business of the Bank and you will support our team in the preparation of quantitative analysis for performance monitoring (e. g.

data analysis, statistical surveys, performance analysis, forecasting, market compen-sation, identification of market opportunities, organizational changes and their implementation), in close collaboration with Finance and Controlling as well as the Front Staff Departments.

You will also support the execution of daily operational activities, involving Bank's internal corporate functions such as Middle Office and Organization.

This role involves also direct interaction with other markets and divisions within CS Group, requiring a close liaison and collaboration especially with the sales force as well as Advisory and Sales.

You are open to work in team and willing to learn about activities and topic transversal to the vari-ous areas of a Private Bank.

You would fit this role well if you:

- Are fluent in both English and Italian;

- Have a recent degree or you are a university student (Economic, Finance and/or Management Engineering profile would be a plus)

- Have skills in line with the activities outlined (e. g.

good numerical reasoning, ability to analyze data in an efficient manner and concise communication);

- Are well versed in Excel and the MS office suite;

- Have a basic knowledge of the main banking processes and Private Banking services as well as their regulatory context;

- Have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability;

- Are results-oriented, able to plan and organize your work both in a flexible way and managing deadlines, keen to work in teams and used to identify priorities and urgencies;
