Intern In Middle Office - Milan
Your field of responsibility
As a part of our team, you will be involved in several and challengeing activities, you will manage Front support activities and resolve issues concerning Front to End operations, collaborating with all areas of the Bank (i. e.
Operations, Legal, Compliance, Advisory & Sales).
You will learn how to manage customer service and client communication activities as well as the formal control of client instructions, from customer onboarding and all the way through the customer lifecycle to the final closing phase.
**Your future colleagues**:
By joining the Middle Office team, you will be assigned a tutor and supported by the help of all col-leagues to learn knowledge and skills for supporting client facing employeesadvisors and FOS units and managing customer requests.
In an informal working environment, you will work by objectives and with deadlines to be met, and at the same time you will be confronted with people who contribute ideas and suggestions to strengthen the way we work and the efficiency of processes.
