In this role, you are part of the Europe, Middle-East and Africa IT team managing applications used in the Region with team members based in France, South Africa, Italy, and Ukraine. The content of the jobYou will work on 3 main tasks:Executing tests: interfaces with Global systemsWe will conduct a roll out of 2 projects aiming at interfacing our main Front system with SAP and with the Global Risk position report system.

We need to test the solution (mainly integration tests) and to ensure the new functionality does not impact existing ones (non-regression tests). Understand the process to test in SAP and GRIP interfacesDocument the tests if not already doneExecute the tests as per the defined stepsReport on the progressEnrich EMEA Domestic requirementsOur main regional Front system is due to be replaced in the next years by the Global Front system called ATLAS v2.

We need to ensure that ATLAS V2 is enriched with key Domestic business functionalities before starting the roll outs. Understand the requirements of the key users with the help of the EMEA Functional teamAttend workshops and interviews with key users and assist the EMEA Functional team during the formalization of requirementsParticipate in the arbitration and prioritization process with EMEA and ATLAS v2 teamsUnderstand the frontier between Front system and Logistic functionalities to propose synergies between global and regional/local systemsDeliver small changes / process automation/optimizationWe have 6 countries using our IDS system (EMEA main Front system).

Regularly, the users request new features to be set up in IDS.
