Our team of over 300 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle.
We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners. Job Description:Enfinity is looking for a Junior Real Estate Associate based in Milan. You will play a key role in analyzing land and finalizing notarial deeds to drive renewable energy projects. You'll ensure that project sites comply with urban planning regulations, meet environmental standards, and alignwith community needs. Main tasks:Analyze agreements and back-office tasks: review contracts and handle necessary back-office work tosupport the signing of notarial deedsEngage with landowners: meet landowners, support the team in negotiating terms, and finalize notarialdeedsIdentify suitable areas: map areas of interest to locate potential landownersConduct site visits: visit sites to find the best lands and understand the surroundingsCoordinate with municipalities: check in with local authorities on project plansManage site finder network: grow and oversee an external network to support site selectionThis role offers significant opportunities for career growth, with responsibility for managing multiple small andlarge projects at once in collaboration with team members in Spain and Italy.
The ideal candidate should beskilled at resolving issues, communicating well with others, working in a team environment, and coordinatingacross different time zones. Key Responsibilities:Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders in a professional and effective mannerSupport back-office activities, reporting, presentations, purchase order management and contract analysisEngage with landowners, developers and local communities to discuss findings, address risks, gather feedback, and ensure projects align with community needs and expectationsLeverage GIS and planning tools to analyze data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for project developmentConduct thorough assessments of potential sites for renewable energy projects, evaluating land use, zoning regulations, environmental impact, and community requirementsCoordinate with internal teams and integrate technical feedback into project planning
