**About the team and the Role**:

As a Social Media & Event Intern, you'll spend 70% of your time focusing on helping create engaging content, contributing on the management of social media channels, and analyzing performance.

The remaining 30% will be dedicated to assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of company events.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and event management, looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic marketplace/tech environment.

**What you will accomplish**:

- Assist in creating engaging social media content and collaborate on new strategies to grow the audience and increase engagement.

- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting and engagement in partnership with agencies.

- Monitor social media interactions to gain insights into market trends and sentiment.

- Track and report on social media performance and assist in working with influencers to create content.

- Assist with event management and logistics, including venue coordination, production, and on-site or virtual support for set-up and attendee management.

**What you will bring**:

- Current student in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field with a strong passion for social media, digital marketing, and event management.

- Curious about trends in marketing and communication, with familiarity with major social media platforms and their trends.

- Possesses a basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Confident in using the Office Suite and has experience with event planning or coordination as a plus.

- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and strategies, as well as personal content creation experience, is a plus.

- Italian language knowledge is an additional advantage.
