**Your Mission at CYCLE**:

- As an intern in the operations department, you will be a jack of all trades: You will be bringing in your expertise in various areas where it is most valuable and where you can leave a lasting impact, developing a versatile skill set required in an operations setting in a fast-growing company

- You will support our Regional and City Managers with multiple projects and drive selected high-visibility projects on your own from start to finish

- You will help shape the standardisation of processes and their documentation for the entire company, ensuring that our quality standards are meeting the highest expectations as well as facilitating the onboarding of new staff as we grow

**Your skills and qualifications**:

- You are an enrolled student and looking for a full-time internship for 3-6 months

- You have first work experience in a fast-paced environment (e. g.

management consulting or high-growth start-up), ideally with a previous focus on operations

- You like to work hands-on and take care of all your tasks responsibly

- Working with the Google Suite is easy for you, especially Excel/Google Sheets

- You have excellent command of English and Italian

- You are willing to travel within Germany to get to know our different locations, depending on your projects
