YOU

- will support the first level support (IT) from the business side, e. g.

opening and assisting in the resolution of incoming tickets (from employee onboarding to IT hardware issues).

- will support the administration, monitoring and maintenance of IT equipment (e. g.

laptops, monitors) in close cooperation with IT colleagues from the Munich office

- will support the project manager in local projects

IF YOU HAVE

- have a school or university degree in the field of business administration or are still studying

- have an interest in digitalisation and IT topics

- have an independent and self-reliant way of working

- excellent command of Italian and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; other languages (e. g. , Spanish, Portuguese, French, German) would be a plus

- the ability to use the OFFICE package (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
