**Junior Project Manager Internship

**Our Interbrand Milan office is looking for a**n intern, ** **Junior** Project Manager to join the Growth team and support Client Management** **and Business Development**.

**Primary job responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining clear lines of communication with clients and internal teams (e. g. , ensures that any insight / finding is timely and effectively transferred to team members)

- Support of the development of new proposals, pitches and presentations demonstrating a clear understanding of the business

- Collaborates with Strategy and Design & Experience teams ensuring that project team meetings take place regularly

- Writes timing plans, clear and concise contact reports, statuses, etc.

- Takes care of project billing each month, partnering with senior team members and Finance (project management)

- Supports new business and events' organization

- Writing briefs and project case studies

- Assisting in assessing new business opportunities

- Graduate/Undergraduate in Marketing/Economics/Management/Communication or any other relevant field

- Fluency in both Italian and English (written and oral)

- Proficient command of MS Office is required, especially Excel and PowerPoint

- Very strong analytical skills and high attention to details

- Curious, passionate, proactive and goal-oriented team player

- Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills

- Availability for 6-months internship

- Previous experience in similar roles and/or in Branding Consultancies and/or agencies environments is a plus
