NABA
NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an academy for training in art and design: it is the largest Italian private academy and the first to have obtained, in 1980, the official recognition of the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR).
It offers first and second level courses in the fields of design, fashion design, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, scenography and visual arts, for which it issues academic degrees equivalent to university degrees.
Born on a private initiative in Milan in 1980 by the will of Ausonio Zappa, Guido Ballo and Gianni Colombo, it has always had the aim of challenging the rigidity of the academic tradition and of introducing visions and languages closer to contemporary artistic practices and the system of art and creative professions.
NABA has been included by Domus Magazine among the 100 best Design and Architecture schools in Europe, by Frame among the 30 best postgraduate Design and Fashion schools in the world and by BoF - Business of Fashion in the Global Fashion School Ranking.
INTERNSHIP REGISTRATION STUDENT SUPPORT
Reporting to the Registration Student Support Supervisor, the Registration Student Support Assistant assures the proper holding of all the secretarial back office and front office tasks supporting students and faculty in all activities involved in the courses.
- Support the Registration student team with some of the most important back office and registration activities such as: certificates issue, student's curricula update, credit registration, exams check.
- Support the Registration team with all the didactic activities connected to the final project presentation: student's curricula check, banners print-out, final exam registers, final grades registration, final certificates, and Diploma supplement generation.
Technical Skills required:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Excel in particular
- BA/MA in Languages, Humanities studies, or Administration and/or similar
- B1/B2 level of English
Interpersonal Skills:
- Customer-oriented, highly motivated, precise, with excellent interpersonal skills
- He/She can work under pressure flexible and energetic team player.
Good interpersonal skills to interact with the team, didactic departments and students.
CONDITIONS:
- Full time internship of 6 months
- Expenses reimbursement of 700 EUR per month + ticket restaurant
- Workplace: Milan (MM2 Romolo)
