Intern Strategy and Acquistion

**Your role

Are you able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with energy and enthusiasm?

Are you willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment in a major global Bank?

Are you ready to support the senior management in driving strategic priorities?

We're looking for an intern to join our Strategy and Acquisition team, and:

- support client development initiatives that will drive the business forward

- manage a portfolio of tasks ranging from quick actions (e. g. , retrieve financial info of a client, etc. )

to long-term strategic initiatives over several months (e. g. , forecasts)

- work with a variety of stakeholders both within your function and with supporting units

- help managing priorities and strategic goals of the Bank in prospecting activities

**Your team

You'll be working in the Strategy and Acquisition team based in Milan, with a central role in the activation/conversion of prospects and in the implementation of the One-Bank approach.

**Your expertise

- quick learner when it comes to new skills, be it a new IT tools, or new processes.

Excel proficiency is a must have

- excellent organizational skills and ready to juggle many tasks and data simultaneously

- excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills

- always striving to challenge the status quo: remove barriers and increase work efficiency
