YOU

- will perform the IT First-Level Support

- will open and support the solution of the incoming tickets

- will support the management, monitoring and maintenance of IT equipment

- will also work closely together with the colleagues in the Munich office

- will provide support to the office and project manager

IF YOU HAVE

- a high school or university degree in the field of Economic/Business or IT or are still studying

- an independent and self-reliant working style

- excellent command of Italian and English (both written and spoken); other languages (e. g. , Spanish, Portuguese, French, German) would be a plus

- the ability to use the OFFICE package (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and work experience is not required, but highly appreciated
