Intern Visual Designer & Content Creator We are looking for a Visual Designer & Content Creator Intern to be employed in our Milan office, for Thorns, a dedicated vertical team specializing in fashion and luxury. Role Purpose We are seeking a passionate Visual Designer & Content Creator intern who is eager to immerse themselves in the world of fashion. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, skilled in crafting visually compelling content for social media platforms, especially TikTok, and will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's online presence. As an intern, you will collaborate closely with the Thorns team to create, develop, post, and manage content across social media channels, ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and objectives. Key Accountabilities Create Social Media Content: Develop visually engaging content for our social media posts and stories, ensuring each piece aligns with current trends and resonates with our audience. Post and Track Performance: Regularly post content on our social media channels and monitor key performance metrics to gauge the success and impact of our campaigns. Stay Trend-Savvy: Keep abreast of the latest trends and microtrends in fashion and luxury, leveraging this knowledge to create relevant and timely content. Technical Skills: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and CapCut to produce visuals and videos. You will gain valuable experience in social media strategy, content creation, and performance analysis, and by the end of the internship, you will be capable of independently managing social media content and contributing to creative projects. Person Specification: Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating strong listening and mediation skills. Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the fashion and luxury sectors, with a keen eye for style and trends. Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated experience and comfort with social media platforms, particularly TikTok, and an understanding of social media trends and metrics. Education: Degree or Diploma in Visual Design, Communication, or a related field that showcases your visual skills. Languages: English and Italian.
