As part of the Finance department and the Internal Audit team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Corporate Audit:Ensure compliance with laws and group requirements; Conduct assessments of the most relevant business processes to ensure that all relevant risks are managed and addressed.
Perform the annual tests of detail planning; Propose action plans to close the gap identified and ensure a proper follow up; Participate in external audit activities (LVMH, Sephora, external auditors…) and follow up on action plans to ensure effectiveness; Conduct warehouse audits to assess the effectiveness of the logistic provider activities and oversee the annual stock take process; Partner with the rest of the organization and central team to improve and update local procedures; Manage ad-hoc related projects where necessary (BCP, 3rd party due diligence, etc.
); Perform the 3rd parties due diligence program on risky suppliers and ensure the effectiveness of the purchasing policy; Retail Audit:Prepare the annual retail audit plan in compliance with central requirements; Conduct store audits to assess the level of compliance with internal procedures and formalize the audit report; Conduct follow up audits to stores with a low level of compliance to ensure the implementation of the proposed action plan; Report general issues or gaps arising from retail audits; Partner with the stores and/or sales department to improve the effective knowledge of the procedures and give them the needed clarifications; Internal Control Review:Investigate POS transactions to identify potential frauds; Propose and lead changes to the company's policy and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiencies; Prepare the monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual internal controls reports; Ethics Compliance:Ensure compliance with local laws and group requirements (specifically to 231/2001 and French Sapin 2 law) Lead the Ethics Compliance committee and implement the annual program Lead the Supervisory Board and report relevant fraud, breaches or gaps identified Ensure the EC training program for new joiners Prepare regular reports for HQ and Group Compliance Officer Who we are looking for: Experience in risk management Highly curious with a deep dive approach Proficient in SAP Retail/beauty passion is a plus.
