Mission and responsibilities
**Mission**:
- Drive maturity of TAS JV (project, organisation, different disciplines, supply chain and processes);
- Manage internal audit and recommendation in order to maintain TAS compliance;
- Define the yearly assessment strategy and roadmap, according to the output of the Management Review, including the need of Peer Assessments;
- Lead the assessments as Lead Assessor or participate as Assessor;
- Ensure that relevant processes needed for the management system are established, implemented and maintained at all levels;
- Promote the Quality Policy and the objectives of TAS;
- Request and monitor corrective and/or preventative actions;
- Maintains a consistent, competitive and effective quality approach to according to TAS strategy (PA requirements);
- Ensure that the relevant Quality improvement plan is in place, monitored through KPI, and driven by simplification, risk taking and margin reductions into project execution and bids;
- Assure the quality of the advanced projects and defining the quality assurance including the contributions to the quality of all tasks performed;
**Key responsibilities/outputs**:
- Audit and assessment governance
- Be the TAS interface with the Corporate Thales, to propose new ideas on audit plans according to the group's strategy.
- Manage internal assessments and audits carried out at the level of TAS JV organizations and sites, conduct interviews, issue assessment and audit reports, identifying the conclusions and recommendations allowing the
- Analyse periodically the project Quality dashboard to issue recommendation assessed team to build the improvement action plan, by working in collaboration with the quality assurance teams, Bid and Project managers
- Cooperate with the Peer Assessors team and the assessed team to keep the assessment planning
- Be an actor in the continuous improvement of TAS by identifying the areas of progress of its organizations and by supporting the teams in the improvement actions,

Languages:
- Fluent English, French or Italian are a plus.
