OTB Spa is looking for an Internal Auditor for its Headquarter in Breganze (VI) within the Corporate Governance, Compliance & Internal Audit department.

The resource will be part of a cross-functional team, and he/she will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of operational, compliance, IT, financial and commercial audits.

The role is aimed to ensure the completion of all activities identified in the Audit Plan supporting the Internal Audit Team and verifying that the Internal Control System operates efficiently.

The Internal Auditor will be in charge of the identification of Internal Control System deficiencies supporting the Business in the understanding of their impact and suggesting solutions and areas of improvement.

The Internal Auditor will be involved in the following activities:

Execution of transversal operational and financial audits across the world, based on the strategic Internal Audit Plan; Conduction of the assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end; Identification of Risk Management issues and Internal Controls deficiencies; Assurance that audit conclusions are well-documented by obtaining and reviewing evidence; Organization of personal effort to be productive, efficient and by respecting always the due date assigned;Development of audit programs and testing procedures; Assurance that audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of processes, circumstances and risks; Formulation of Audit findings and draft of Audit and Executive Summary Reports; Examination and evaluation of the IT Systems across the organization, recommending controls to ensure systems reliability, business continuity, data security and integrity; Execution of Follow Up to monitor management's interventions as necessary; Performance of other related duties as assigned (i. e.

ad hoc analysis, presentation on audit results, support in planning engagements, review of supporting documentation etc.

); Support and assist management in terms of risk & control management improvement and Corporate Governance processes; Assurance of timely and accurate completion of assigned audit work in accordance with the International Professional Practices Framework of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

Job requirements:

Master Degree in Economics or equivalent; 4/5 years experience in similar positions in a multinational company or an experience in one of the Big Four in compliance and risk management department; Strong knowledge of MS Office; Working experience with SAP system and Stealth 3000 is highly appreciated.

; Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of another language can be considered as a plus; Strong accounting background and process mapping knowledge; Knowledge of the principal audit techniques and literature (COSO Report, Internal Audit Stand-ard, Fraud audit); Strong knowledge of the Internal Audit methodology:

preliminary analysis, opening meeting, field-work, closing meeting, audit report and follow up; Strong knowledge of the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA); Availability for international short-term engagement or international mobility; Experience in controlling or finance department with process mapping knowledge, process risks assessment as well as CIA certification is considered a plus.
