**Posizione**:
The Internal Auditor and Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing financial control and regulatory compliance for the multinational group across 16 countries.
This role combines financial auditing with compliance responsibilities to ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and local and international regulations.
The position requires a meticulous approach to financial oversight to mitigate risks and ensure ethical and transparent business practices across all subsidiaries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial Control and Audit**:
- Conduct regular financial audits of all subsidiaries to ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and international accounting standards.
- Review and evaluate financial statements, transactions, and reporting practices to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement financial controls to enhance accuracy, accountability, and integrity in financial reporting.
**2. Compliance Implementation and Oversight**:
- Design and enforce compliance policies customized for each country of operation, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations (such as tax, labor, and financial reporting standards).
- Establish a system for monitoring and reporting compliance across all subsidiaries, with a primary focus on financial and accounting compliance.
- Identify and address gaps in existing policies, making recommendations to improve financial controls and compliance practices.
**3. Training and Compliance Culture**:
- Develop and deliver training programs on compliance, financial controls, and accounting standards to promote adherence to regulations and ethical practices across all subsidiaries.
- Foster a culture of compliance and financial transparency within the organization.
**4. Risk Assessment and Management**:
- Conduct risk assessments focused on financial and compliance risks across the group, analyzing the financial reporting environment in each market where the company operates.
- Coordinate internal audits and prepare reports to inform senior management about compliance and financial risk exposure, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
**5. Ensuring Compliance in Contracts and Financial Partnerships**:
- Review contracts and financial agreements with suppliers and partners to ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies, emphasizing financial integrity.
- Ensure that cross-border financial operations align with established legal and ethical frameworks, adhering to both accounting standards and compliance requirements.
**Requisiti**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
Additional qualifications in compliance, auditing, or international financial regulations are highly valued.
- **Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in internal auditing, financial control, or compliance roles within multinational organizations or companies with global operations.
- **Financial and Regulatory Knowledge**: Comprehensive understanding of international accounting standards, local financial regulations, data protection, and tax compliance requirements.
- **Analytical and Risk Management Skills**: Proficiency in analyzing financial data and identifying potential compliance risks, with a strong focus on financial accuracy and integrity.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to effectively communicate audit findings, compliance requirements, and financial risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ethical grounding, attention to detail, and the ability to influence financial and compliance practices throughout the organization.
