Internal Communication & Engagement Specialist
We are **looking for an **Internal Communication** & Engagement specialist**, who will have the responsibility of communication and engagement plans.
He/she will oversee messaging to inform, align and involve AC people with AC mission, strategy, culture and values.
**MAIN TASKS
- Manage internal and external communication outputs; tools such as Intranet, engagement platform, innovation, e-learning system, LinkedIn company page
- Work collaboratively with Hr local colleagues and Hr international team to execute initiatives, mainly in recruiting, performance management, learning &development
- Identify and write content to support editorial calendar by channel, use campaigns to increase awareness and sharing, manage content approvals, and publish stories, news, videos and photos
- Production of standard and multimedia presentation material
- Design and coordinate activities to attract and retain such as Open days, social events, work-life balance initiatives.
- Look at trends, through networking, benchmarking to identify new methods for message delivery
- Close partnering with colleagues in projects on mobility, sustainability, privacy, Health& security, wellness
- Cocreate and design initiatives to present Altroconsumo as employer, to increase awareness and notoriety of Altroconsumo brand
- Work collaboratively with other departments to align content, style and respect brand identity
- Measure and present qualitative/quantitative results of communication efforts
**REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or master's in Human resources, Communication, Psychology, Marketing & Digital Communication, or other similar discipline or previous experience in communication inside complex and digital environment
- Minimum 3 years related experience with communication plans, across various communication platforms and engagement programs
- Proficient in Microsoft office platforms: Sharepoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio
- Must to have proficiency in English (written and spoken)
**Soft skills**:
- Interpersonal communications skills including strong writing and speaking skills
- Ability in building relationships to enlist involvement and support from all levels
- Strong analytical abilities to collect and report on quantitative and qualitative data
- Emotional maturity with proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A passionate, self-starter that brings creative ways of engagement
