Job Description:We are looking for an Internal Communications & ESG Specialist in Cagliari.

As an Internal Communication and ESG Specialist, you will support in developing and executing the internal communications and ESG strategy for our organization.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling content that engages employees and strengthens the company's culture, and improving our organization's performance in environmental, social, and governance dimensions.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company's goals and values.

Responsibilities:Develop and execute internal communication strategies across multiple channels. Build and activate an employee engagement and wellness calendar with campaigns, events, education opportunities, and staff recognition. Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant. Coordinate internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture. Develop and implement strategies to enhance environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and governance practices. Support the preparation of ESG reports. Contribute to the development and communication of ESG policies and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business strategies and operations. Candidate Profile:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to interact with all levels of an organization. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other content creation tools is preferred. Strong attention to detail. Academic background in related field is preferred but not required. Concentrix is an equal opportunity employer.
