**Purpose of the Role**:
In this role you are responsible for developing and promoting organization strategy internally through creative and impactful communication and providing communication support to the Leadership team in the organization.
You keep employees connected, and engaged with the organization, and effectively informed about the integration process and its impact on the organization.
Facilitate, shape, and build the organization's culture.
Create a channel for feedback, debate, and discussion.
Furthermore, you support the cultural change process as the business unit shifts from work independently to a global structure while attracting and retaining key talent.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Create engaging, informative, and inspiring content across multiple channels before, during and after the change process to integrate our employees into the process.
- Manage, explore, and implement channels, tools, and processes for internal communications in collaboration with the change project team.
- Establish KPIs and continuously measure the impact of internal communications activities regarding the deliverables of the change project.
- Draft storyboards, messages, and scripts for presentations from project team/management to employees.
- Serve as an internal communications advisor and partner to the project team (and other groups).
- Support in handling the internal response to issues or crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation during the change process.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a corporate communications environment working with leaders at all levels
- University degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or marketing is an advantage, though other degrees are also acceptable
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees
- Strong presentation skills, excellent language skills in English and Italian
- Creative ability to devise the internal communication strategies
- Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication, is essential
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
