For our HR team, we are looking for an Internal Communication Specialist, reporting to the Internal Communication & D&I Manager.

**Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the internal communication strategy, in line with Nespresso's corporate objectives, values and culture.

The main objectives will be to inspire and engage employees by creating a sense of belonging and community.

**A Day in the Life of Internal Communication Specialist

- Support management in their efforts to proactively engage and motivate employees

- Support the internal communication and D&I manager and efficiently execute the internal communication and D&I plan in line with company strategy

- Coordinate internal communication initiatives from different departments to ensure efficiency and alignment with corporate strategy

- Collaborate in the organization of internal events in order to improve employees' involvement (e. g. launch products), engaging and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders

- Align and contribute to Nestlé's internal communication projects in the market.

**What will make you successful?

- you have at least 2/3 years of experience in internal communication in multinational organizations with in-depth knowledge of internal relations

- you like people and you are able to cooperate with different stakeholders at different levels in the organization

- you are familiar with numbers and KPIs

- you speak fluent English. - The office Location is Assago, but at Nespresso we use agile working: the weekdays we will spend in the office are defined together with the team. _
