**About the Role

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Internal Communications Manager to join our team.

In this vital role, you will report directly to the Corporate Identity & Communications Director and functionally to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement internal communications strategies that foster a positive corporate culture and align with Coesia business objectives, creating effective and engaging content, managing communication channels efficiently, and measuring their impact.

Main responsibilities include:

- Design and execute internal communications plans and campaigns, with the objective of strengthening the sense of community through the enhancement of the Group's founding values.

- Liaise with the different functions and manage the relationship with key internal stakeholders to identify their needs and elaborate communication strategies accordingly.

- Work closely with Corporate Human Resources team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with Coesia Values and Leadership Model.

- Manage internal communications channels from a content perspective (e. g. , Coesia intranet portal, Coesia internal newsletter), ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.

- Design and implement improvements to internal digital communications channels, in cooperation with the group ICT function.

- Contribute to the organization of internal events and support project execution coordinating content-related workstreams, when required.

- Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives.

**What You Need to Be Successful

- A degree in Communications, Public Relations or a related field is preferred.

- Proven experience in internal communications within structured, international corporate environments.

- Creativity, orientation to continuously innovate and improve the status quo; focus on aesthetics and quality.

- Ability to develop creative, engaging, and editorially well-structured and well-written content for a variety of audiences.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships across various levels of the organization.
