INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST**:

**:

The **HR Department **of _DHL Express Italy_, is looking for a **Internal Communications Specialist**, who_ _will have the responsibility of developing and implementing communication programs and messaging that educates, informs and drives employee engagement that aligns with the DHL Express mission, strategy, culture and strategic initiatives.

**MAIN TASKS**:

- Manage internal communications output and prepare internal communication plan for the company

- Identify and write content to support editorial calendar by channel, use campaigns to increase engagement, manage content approvals, and publish stories, news, videos and photos for employees

- Production of standard and multimedia presentation material

- Works collaboratively with internal and external interlocutors and interact with the local and regional team to execute initiative event coordination (i. e.

DE&I initiatives, Appreciation Week, Town Halls, FOW, etc. )

activities and other initiative /project (i. e.

: virgine pulse, smart connect, etc)

- Collaborate with marketing to share timely company information, such as initiative, contests and company directives

- Researches industry trends, through networking, benchmarking to identify new methods for message delivery

- Measure and present qualitative/quantitative results of communication efforts

- Collaboration in corporate communication strategies and in the drafting of a media planning of internal communication channels based on the local and global guidelines of the DPDHL group

- Management of standard and ad hoc company reporting and tools according to the needs of the General Management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree or Master in communications, marketing, journalism or other similar discipline or previous experience in communication / digital

- Minimum 5 years related experience with communication plans, across various communication platforms and engagement programs

- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and basic knowledge of HTML language.

Multi-media experience in video production, graphic design, electronic messaging, digital photography and CMS usage

- Proficient in Microsoft office platforms: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

- Proficient in English (written and spoken)

- Proficient in Italian (written and spoken)

**Soft skills**:

- Strong interpersonal communications skills including strong writing and speaking skills and stakeholder engagement

- Ability to collaborative and building relationships to enlist involvement and support from all levels to ensure timely and consistent communications are delivered via the appropriate channels

- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

- Strong analytical abilities to collect and report on quantitative and qualitative data

- Strong judgment and emotional maturity with proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Team player, ability to adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

- A passionate, self-starter that brings creative ways to engage employees
