Internal Control Manager
Position**:
The position is based in our HQ in Rome and part of the FENDI WW Internal Control team.
The Internal Control Manager, reporting to the WW Internal control Manager, will have a specific focus on Europe and Middle East Internal Control environments and will be responsible for safeguarding FENDI through Audit and Risk Management, supporting the business also through Innovation and Data Analytics.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- **Risk Assessment**:Support effective identification of key risks and mitigating actions though discussion with top management and other team members
- Share results with Management up to Zone President and HQ top Stakeholders
- Propose effective solutions and support the improvement though systematic discussions and follow up on pending weaknesses
- Support the design of automated effective controls also though the development of data analytic tools
- Support in developing and broadcasting global fraud awareness and prevention campaigns
- Collaborate in developing and reviewing Policies and Procedures.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Management preferred
- 8+ years of experience in audit procedures and methodologies** **(Experience in an audit firm is a preferred requirement.
Retail experience is a plus)
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
- Experience in data analysis, analytics and statistical tools: Excel, Analytics and PowerPoint** **for presentations.
(Video editing/recording is a plus)
- Fast and self-learning attitude.
Effective communication and ability to interact with top management.
Team Player but also able to work as individual contributors.

- Availability to travel (mainly but not limited to Europe and Middle East) up to 50% of the time
