In order to strengthen the control environment and ensure business procedures (operational or financial) are operating effectively we would need someone in the market who can help in cascading this message to the stakeholders

**What You'll Be Doing

- Support the Internal Controls Manager in design & implementation of an internal controls framework by documenting processes and identifying or designing necessary controls.

- Ensure that the internal controls framework is in line with the rapid changes in the business risks and processes.

- Collaborate with management during new process, policy / procedure preparations. Act in collaboration with the Group Internal Audit Team in case of ad-hoc investigations/reviews

- Perform regular key control testing and ensure sufficient internal controls documentation is in place (flowcharts, risk control matrices, test documentation, etc.

)

- Support the controls remediation program with efficient and effective tracking and reporting of deficiencies through remediation and monitoring.

**What you will bring**:

- A curious and persistent personality with a "can-do" attitude and "hands-on" mentality - the role is a dynamic, hands-on, and fast paced in a rapidly growing organisation.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Internal Audit / Internal Controls role in a complex, global firm.

- Experience with internal control and risk assessment frameworks and enthusiasm to improve processes.

- Preferred sector experience: retail/FMCG with tech retail being a huge advantage

- Exceptionally detail orientated

- Fluent in English as well as Italian
