Analyze current flow of materials and suggest for new warehouse appropriate location of items depending on their consumption and volume

- Design internal logistic solutions for optimizing the handling process while reducing picking costs

- Choose the appropriate storage equipment, both in terms of the type of system and forklift trucks or handling equipment used

- Suggest new warehouse and assembly lines layout

- Suppliers/Customers orders issue and price list management

- Orders progress check, in alignment with Chinese Operations Office and foreign suppliers

- Follow-up of production planning, date management/maintenance and workload control

- Transport quotation and scheduling

- Collaborate with production leadership to determine organizational needs across a standard calendar year

- Develop a high-level view of supply chain processes and implement improvements.

- Previous experiences in the role of 2 years

- Excellent command of Office Suite, particularly Excel

- Knowledge of modern ERP, Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus

- Ability to learn and adapt to company Information Systems

- Understanding of numbers, series, encodings

- Proactivity and resilience

- Aptitude for problem solving

- Fluency in English.
