THE ROLE

New Guards Group is seeking an Internal Logistics Intern to join our team and support our logistics operations.

What You'll Do As an Internal Logistics Intern, you will assist the Logistic management team with various logistics and supply chain tasks, including:Monitor internal logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow and sample managementCollaborate with other departments to support schedules and delivery timelinesImplement and maintain logistics processes and procedures to improve operational efficiencyManagement and support of activities related to events, such as fashion shows, sales campaigns, and shootings; with the possibility to travelBe in charge of all movements related to the Samples that you'll receive from the other departments, both outbound and inbound Who You Are A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a similar role is a plus, preferably in logistics or supply chain managementFluent in spoken and written EnglishProficient in using logistics software and ExcelStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong commitment to maintaining operational efficiency and professionalism Rewards & Benefits Internship contract as start, from Mid January 2025Lunch tickets + NGG smart working policyDiscounts on all NGG brands and partners including FARFETCH and BrownsBe part of a young, dynamic and creative company with over 40 different nationalitiesBrand new headquarters located in the centre of Milan EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT New Guards Group is an equal opportunities employer ensuring that all applicants are treated equally and fairly throughout our recruitment process.
