Our SCPA division is going through an exciting period of growth, with ambitious market targets and an innovative portfolio of Sustainability, Digital Assurance, Supply Chain and Assessment services.
We are looking for a committed, dynamic, customer-oriented
** Internal Operations and Support Consultant **for our Region Southern & Central Europe who can coordinate projects, auditors schedule and customer needs for our Supply Chain service line, focusing on Italy.
Place of work will be DNV Office at Vimercate.
Your primary function is to schedule and plan activities ensuring business efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with procedures and regulations, reporting to the Operations Manager.
When doing this, you will get the opportunity to engage with many of the leading companies and brands across a wide range of sectors.
You will also monitor key figures related to planning, for reporting purposes.
The role has a high impact on the section's results, client satisfaction and colleagues' work life.
**Key tasks will include, but not be limited to**:
- Scheduling/ planning of activities in accordance with procedures, rules, regulations, customer requirements
- Communicating continually with clients and auditors to confirm schedule
- Understanding and having in consideration logistics and geographic implications when planning
- Coordinating Auditors Calendars to achieve their objectives and monitoring of auditors' chargeability
- Coordinating bid contract planning with other DNV offices
- Working with internal DNV scheduling and qualification systems
- Collaborating closely with other DNV units globally to executing projects in the most efficient manner, according to project requirements
- Collecting portfolio of data and communication for the Forecast process
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a planning position or relevant
- Experience in personnel qualification management and/or follow-up
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel), and DNV tools and DMS/processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and capable to work autonomously or in a team as needed
- Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously
- Contribute a service-minded, customer-oriented and positive attitude as well as a high sense of ownership
- Ability to interact and cooperate across our global organization
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Upper secondary school or higher education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Availability to work at the office at least 3 days per week, with flexibility according to requirements.
**Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Customer Relations Management systems and Production systems
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, or experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience in project coordination
- Knowledge of one or more of the following languages would be an asset: French, Italian, German
