Internal Regulations Senior Specialist
Within the Group Internal Regulations and Functional Governance unit, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.
The selected candidate will support the management of the Group Internal Regulations System of the Group, coordinating the relevant drafting, review, approval, communication, implementation, monitoring, and reporting activities.
Key responsibilities of the role will include: Support and guide Group Head Office functions and Group legal entities in the management of Group internal regulations, ensuring the execution of the operational process involving issuance, update, approval, communication, implementation, and monitoring.
Manage the issuance/update plan of Group internal regulations in response to regulatory, organizational, and strategic needs and supervise its effective execution.
Facilitate the issuance and updating of Group internal regulations by: Defining objectives and expected contents in compliance with regulatory, organizational, and strategic requirements, involving relevant stakeholders.
Supporting Group Head Office Functions in drafting activities to ensure adherence to formal and substantial drafting standards, ensuring coherence across the internal regulatory framework.
Identifying potential content inconsistencies that may affect the effectiveness of Group internal regulations.
Promoting and managing simplification and rationalization initiatives to maintain the internal regulatory framework's simplicity, homogeneity, coherence, and clarity.
Monitor the execution of the internal validation process of Group internal regulations, liaising with compliance, risk management, organization, and corporate affairs functions.
Prepare monthly reports for Top Management/Board of Directors to support the approval/updating process of Group internal regulations.
Provide advisory support to Group projects impacting the Group internal regulations system.
Requirements Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Background in regulations management and/or experience in organization/governance functions, focusing on process taxonomy or equivalent Key Functions.
Skills related to insurance business processes, investment processes, internal control systems, or corporate governance.
Proficiency in Italian and English.
Soft skills: Structured and organized working method.
Ability to manage complexity.
Strong relationship management skills.
High personal motivation and goal orientation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
