The role designed for you- You will route and monitor requests through different departments. - You will support Export Area Managers and HQ team to develop new business opportunities. - You will perform sales orders, sampling and organize shipments to customers. - You will ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete information, sources. - You will customize your support based on country and local culture.

The attitudes and skills we're looking for:

- You have a Bachelor/Master Graduated in Economics or Languages or International Business or related fields. - You have experience in Customer Service or Back Office roles. - You are resilient and goal oriented, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - You are reliable, flexible and great with people. - You are curious and eager to learn, and you have a hands-on approach. - You have good knowledge of Excel and other IT tools, - You are fluent in Italian and English. - Extra languages, preferentially Spanish or French, are a plus.
