As **Arrow Global Components **(AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components.
We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world.
Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side.
**What will you do**:
Arrow is looking for an **Inside Sales Representative** to join our Business Support Team in Padova.
This position will be in direct contact with sales teams and will report to the Inside Sales Manager.
There is a tremendous chance to develop our business to be even more successful.

**What will you be doing at Arrow AGC?
- Ability to manage estimates and orders efficiently, from inception to invoice
- Strong collaboration skills to address various supplier-related activities
- Deep understanding of customer and supplier portfolios
- Proactive approach to creating potential offerings and supporting customers
- Diligent follow-up on sales cases and orders through to execution
- Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across Italy and beyond
**What we are looking for**:
- Business proficiency in Italian and in English.
- At least 3 years' experience in sales back office or operations are preferred.
- Technical or commercial education.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point),
- Being comfortable working both independently and as a team member.
- Proactive, very extroverted, self-sufficient, and flexible.
- Taking responsibility for the duties.
- Working under pressure, understanding how details affect the big picture, and showing a positive can-do attitude.
- Facing challenges, involving continuous changes and ready to step up to demonstrate successful completion of the cases.
- Accuracy is a must in this position.
