International Account Executive
Title International Account Executive (Men's) - VINCE This position is salary based and eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus program
Location Paris, France; Full time, On-site.
Candidate must be able to legally work in France with appropriate visas or citizenship.
Reporting Structure The International Account Executive (Men's) reports directly to the Sales Manager (Men's).
What You'll Be Responsible For: The International Account Executive (Men's) will manage the development of Vince men's international wholesale business, driving new business by recruiting key department stores and specialty accounts in all regions outside the US.
The AE will develop tactical sales focused growth strategies (short, medium and long-term) aligned with company expansion and profitability plans.
Success will be measured on achieving this growth in sales and account base expansion, profitable category results and ongoing successful management of the brand in all regions.
Drive new business, identifying and opening new accounts aligned to brand positioning.
Expand business with existing accounts and strategic partners (sales agents & distributors).
Travel to Intl Showroom to present the collection to current and prospective accounts seasonally.
Manage daily business operations.
Establish purchase plans with account/store buyers.
Project accurate seasonal sales plan by store with a focus on growth.
Confirm all budgets and new doors before market appointments.
Build strong working relationships with buyers, specialty-stores, brand agents and distributors Obtain weekly/monthly data from stores and analyze sell-outs.
Use information to make recommendations on re-orders, RTV's, swaps and proactive solutions.
Communicate with Logistics team on shipping to ensure orders are delivered to accounts on time.
Ensure timely payments with factor.
Manage cross functional support teams/junior roles with a focus on driving sales and achieving goals.
Responsible for maintaining bookings reports (sales volume and sell-in on style level), in season reorders, final shipped v. forecasts.
Collect, analyze, and recap by store – retail sales performance and bookings history to have a defined strategy and goal before each showroom appointment.
Market Sales: Execute an effective presentation of the collection to Buyers.
Manage appointments with a focus on budgets and achieving goals.
Expediently collect orders from Buyers.
Provide qualitative feedback to management and merchandising team after each sales market.
Provide store visit reports documenting observations and follow up action items.
