Amilon is looking for a new **Account Manager**, to be included in the International Account team reporting to the Account Director.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Maintain working relationships with clients, attending workshops, status meetings and presentations;

- Collaborate closely with the sales departments to seek, explore and suggest ideas / projects / new activities to be developed in collaboration with the client

- Manage the overall project workflow to ensure on time tasks delivering

- Ensure Customer satisfaction

**Skills

- At least 3 years experience in a similar role in agencies or companies in the digital sector, Gift Cards, Loyalty, Incentive, Reward industries

- Autonomous management of assigned projects and of the relationship with the customer

- Excellent communication skills; proactive, organized and positive attitude

- Ability to interact and manage internal and external stakeholders, understanding the context and customer specific needs

- Problem solving skills, ability to manage critical issues and emergencies

- Excellent in English, a second language among Spanish, German or French will be nice to have

Milan, but smart working may be allowed
