What will you do?

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Business Management and Development in the Northern Europe region, in the omnichannel contact center field.

What do you need to work with us?

Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales (5+ years); Excellent knowledge of contact center and CX dynamics; Mastery of digital transformation and automation processes; Technical skills on cloud and SaaS solutions; In-depth understanding of AI/ML applied to customer service; Ability to manage complex and long sales cycles; Experience in negotiating with C-level; Background in selling enterprise technology solutions; Skills in cost/benefit analysis and ROI; Experience in managing technology partners and system integrators; Knowledge of customer experience management best practices; Knowledge of written and spoken English at a C1 level or higher; The work activity will be carried out in full remote.
