Metz Electronics Srl , the Italian Branch of Skyworth Group, to reinforce is Admin, Finance & Controlling Department, based in Milan, is looking for an: International Accounting You will support the Italian and European Finance Team to manage overseas business in Europe and to establish new branches in Europe.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: Lead the registration on Metz Electronic new branches in UE.

Develop and mantein the relationship with potential local finance partners, collect fiscal and legal documents, etc.

Ensure foreign subsidiaries are accounting for transactions appropriately under US GAAP and statutory requirements and filings are performed timely and deadlines are met.

Manage day by day general ledger and ensuring respective subsidiary sales and distribution systems are in sync with SAP.

Act as an international legal entity resource for the company and communicate with business partners to ensure intercompany transactions (e. g. , royalties, intercompany loans and interest) are handled appropriately.

Assist in the resolution of any accounting and internal control matters related to international accounting operations.

Financial close, account analysis preparation and financial reporting.

Prepare reports and document analysis for management's review.

KEY SKILLS: Degree in business administration with a focus on finance and accounting or similar education as a certified accountant.

At least 3 years of experience in accounting, in international/ multicultural environment, managing different countries.

Strong knowledge of SAP FI.

Experience with foreign statutory reporting Fluent in Italian and English.

Not afraid to work, for some topics, in a start-up contest.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
