We are looking for an organized, highly motivated and results-driven professional.

Your main responsibilities as an International Admission Advisor in our Admission Office: Daily call and recall actions to leads following CRM flowsEngage and inform prospective students about our school and the opportunities to enroll in our Bachelors and MastersSupport the student during the admission and enrollment processSupport the student with visas and residence permitsCheck all the students' documents for the admission and enrollment processOrganize and participate in all the commercial activities and events, such as open days and other school orientation initiativesParticipate in trade fairsArrange travel accommodations and transportation to and from trade fairs, in agreement with the Head of the Admission OfficeQualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degreePrevious work experience in Education (2-3 years)Excellent proficiency in the English languageInitiative, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong interest in recruitment and selection, and career counselingOrganizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to handle unforeseen challengesAdvanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office SuiteComprehensive understanding of web conferencing platformsGood familiarity with Hubspot (preferred)The proposed contract is the CCNL tertiary trade contract and the annual RAL of 30, 000 euros.
