We are looking for an organized, highly motivated and results-driven professional.

Your main responsibilities as an International Admission Advisor in our Admission Office: Daily call and recall actions to leads following CRM flows Engage and inform prospective students about our school and the opportunities to enroll in our Bachelors and Masters Support the student during the admission and enrollment process Support the student with visas and residence permits Check all the students' documents for the admission and enrollment process Organize and participate in all the commercial activities and events, such as open days and other school orientation initiatives Participate in trade fairs Arrange travel accommodations and transportation to and from trade fairs, in agreement with the Head of the Admission Office Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree Previous work experience in Education (2-3 years) Excellent proficiency in the English language Initiative, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Strong interest in recruitment and selection, and career counseling Organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to handle unforeseen challenges Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite Comprehensive understanding of web conferencing platforms Good familiarity with Hubspot (preferred) The proposed contract is the CCNL tertiary trade contract and the annual RAL of 30, 000 euros.
