For our client we are looking for an

**Posizione**:

INTERNATIONAL AND COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBLE GAMING

Who will join the Institutional Affairs & Communication office and in particular the Responsible Gaming team.

Your main responsabilities:

You will be involved into the design, execution and communication of company's Responsible Gaming policies and initiatives with the aim to maximize the company's positive impact within the customers and toward all stakeholders;

You'll understand, share and adapt know-how & best practices between the italian model and those of local countries;

You will provide thought leadership and hands-on execution for the dedicated initiatives across the organization and in all markets in which the company operates internationally.

International work trips will be integral part of the job;

You will represent the team by participating on RG working groups and supporting Responsible Gaming Committee;

You will create internal control documentation including narratives, process and data flows, follow-ups and other supporting work papers;

You will be in charge for the transition management on the responsible gaming side aimed at the start-up of new businesses in countries where tenders have been won.

**Requisiti**:

- You have a previous experience of at least 4-5 years in a structured international context;

- You have a university degree in Economics, Management;

- You are passionate, collaborative and highly motivated;

- You are able to work independently and effectively manage time and productivity with

competing priorities in a rapidly changing, interactive, results-based environment;

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Italian) and proven ability to solidify and grow relationships;

- You have excellent knowledge of the Office package;

- You have excellent knowledge of the English language

- You are available to travel

Preferably you also have:

- A previous experience in betting/gaming sector;

- Knowledge of French language is a plus.
