International Bpo Account Manager
we are looking for an Account Manager who will develop and manage the Assist Digital clients and prospects together with the International Key Account Director.
**What you will do**:
With the aim of promoting and developing the value proposition of Assist Digital as a reference player for digital transformation in the Digital CRM area in Retail, your main responsibilities are:
- **Client relationship owner** and responsible for converting the client relationship and value into real advocacy.
- Responsible for any type of **escalation**, alerts, red flags, poor health.
- You will be in charge of the **development and management of client portfolio**:
- Enhancement of Customer Experience and client management through effective utilization of customer and operational data and best practices
- Identification and development of business growth opportunities and efficiencies
- Ensuring internal suppliers and teams are aligned and supportive of operational and strategic plans for client development.
- Developing, documenting and gaining agreement on the global account sales strategy and account management plan
- **Upsell Campaigns**: Upsell, expansion and upgrades strategies to drive their portfolio growth and increase the lifetime value (LTV) value of customer.
- Alignment of internal stakeholders for execution of account plan and strategy
- Meeting and exceeding all targets
- Conduit between clients and the business
- Resolution of customer queries and complaints
**Who you are**:
Minimum 5+ years of experience working in Customer Success, BPO, or a software or other technology product company and you have excellent interpersonal skills, influencing, relationship management, communications, analytical, presentations skills.
- You have experience of operational success in the **contact center/outsourcing/offshoring industry**:
- You have strong financial and **commercial acumen**:
- You have proven ability to initiate and develop relationships within target client organizations
- You have strong administrative skills and attention to detail in the management
- Ability to work in a diversified cultural environment
- You have experience in driving and implementing significant strategic business performance
- **Progressive forward thinker who identifies industry/customer trends to seek and act to ensure competitive advantage**:
- Ability to work under pressure without losing sight of priorities
- Self-motivated, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience working in the **travel or Media sectors** would be a plus
- Passion for Customer Experience and Success
- **Fluency in English**, Italian (min B1/B2) if possible
**Hybrid Smart Working
Although we have a digital mindset and mostly work from remote, we encourage people to visit our office to foster human interactions and team building.
The position can be based in any of the European countries where Assist Digital has a legal entity.
