International Branch Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced International Branch Manager to oversee and coordinate our foreign subsidiaries. Role OverviewThe International Branch Manager will act as a strategic link between the headquarters and our international subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and fostering growth in local markets.
The position involves working closely with each subsidiary manager, providing support and guidance to enhance their performance and identify new opportunities. This is a key strategic role, reporting directly to the ownership and based at our headquarters in Sandrigo, with monthly travel to subsidiaries worldwide. Key ResponsibilitiesBudget Management: Collaborate with subsidiary managers to define annual budgets and ensure alignment with corporate goals. Market Development: Identify and create new market opportunities, fostering growth across all regions. Product Coordination: Communicate market-specific product requests or modifications to the headquarters, including OEM product requirements. Marketing & Investments: Evaluate marketing investments and the feasibility of opening new branches or offices. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a three-year strategic plan for each subsidiary, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Best Practice Sharing: Identify successful practices in one branch and replicate them across others to optimize operations and performance. Team Building: Foster collaboration among subsidiary managers and between subsidiaries and the headquarters. RequirementsTechnical and Commercial Expertise: A solid background in both technical and commercial fields is essential to bridge the gap between product development and market needs. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term plans while addressing short-term challenges. Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Leadership: Proven ability to build and manage diverse teams and cultivate relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Flexibility: Availability to travel internationally on a monthly basis.
