International Commercial Back Office
The resource will be placed within a stimulating and dynamic reality in order to support the sales area in managing customers and optimizing activities.
The resource will carry out the following activities:
- Management of order entry; Preparation of offers; Prepare and update price lists and statistics to share with agents and customers; Manage promotion planning; Support to Sales Managers; Organize communication with the customer so that he is always informed about the status of his orders; Ensure customer-oriented quality service; Check correct and complete invoicing, including provision of all required documents (including shipping documents); Uploading documents to the portal and managing contact with transport companies for quotes and/or shipping organisation.
Required skills:
Practical knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint. . . ) etc. ; Knowledge of using management software; Fluency in English; Team working and customer orientation.
