International Commercial Manager
Our client is an Italian Biopharmaceutical Company with over a century of history and expertise in the development and commercialization of innovative molecules. We are looking for the **INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL MANAGER

**About the Company**: With a strong history and a commitment to innovation, our client is dedicated to develop and commercialize innovative drugs in Oncology. As part of an ambitious strategic plan, the Company is expanding its presence and growing in Europe, starting from Italy, which will serve as the Headquarters for the International Operations.
**The Opportunity**: To enable the Company growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced **International Commercial Manager** to strengthen the International Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in developing the Company growth at the European level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a general overview of the Sales performance at European level, being the key contact for the General Managers of the Countries about monthly Sales versus budget/forecast, supporting the CEO International in order to define the corrective actions in case of need
- Provide support to the Countries, coordinating the cross-functional requests from the GMs of the Countries, managing the commercial items within the level of delegation (e. g.commercial discounts, tenders, etc. ) and interfacing with the various HQ functions for the other areas (e. g. Regulatory, Medical, Finance. . . )
- Organize the periodic meetings with the Country GMs and the Country visits and support the CEO International in order to coordinate and manage these meetings.
- Ensure a general overview of the Distributors in the Countries and of their commercial initiatives. Together with the Country General Managers is the focal point for the requests coming from the Distributors.
**Requisiti**:
**Education and Experience Requirements**:
- Experience: 10+ years in Pharmaceutical Companies in Commercial roles (Marketing, KAM, Sales) and/or Finance/Business Controlling
- Fluent in English.
**Required Skills**:
- Proactivity and strong problem-solving
- High flexibility and prioritization skills. Strong ability to engaging with all levels of the organization at international level.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
**Altre informazioni**:
Job location: Milan, Italy with travel required around Europe.
