Join us in redefining the boundaries of what's possible. Your roleWe are looking for a Construction Project Manager who will join us at our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL). As Construction Project Manager, you will manage the following activities:- Supervision of the design, planning, and construction phases of the new foreign business units in the Plant and Infrastructure area;- Design review during all phases of the project, ensuring compliance with ESSILOR LUXOTTICA standards and local legislation;- Provide technical specifications and detailed technical-economic analyses for the design requirements;- Drafting of site progress reports for monitoring activities in continuous dialogue with the Client;- Coordination and management of the construction site for the correct sequence of material procurement;- Management of the project budget, allocating resources to achieve expected quality standards;- Technical alignment of competing companies in support of the Tender Manager and Procurement office;- Monitoring and reporting of project progress to all stakeholders involved;- Management of possible variations and modifications necessary to achieve the required outputs;Main requirements- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering;- 3-5 years of experience in Construction project management;- Nice to have: BIM certification;- Fluent in English and Italian;- Open to global travel assignments with flexible durations;- Strong organizational skills;- Oriented towards critical analysis and problem solving;- Excellent in developing a fruitful network;What's in it for youIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
