Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are looking for an International Customer Service Specialist to join our HQ Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).
You shall have a positive and proactive mindset, as you will play a crucial role in the premium customer journey, executing 'order to cash' processes in an accurate and timely manner and supporting the customer and sales teams in ensuring a seamless and well-communicated process flow. The role offers variety, empowering the team member to take ownership of the customer and relative processes from 'order to cash', including delivery management.
We support a diverse range of customers and each Customer Service Specialist works with assigned customer segments and territories, allowing them to form close relationships with the customers, sales team and Service Centres. Your ImpactGuarantee precise and timely order processing from quote confirmation to billingGuarantee to the customer a Premium Customer Experience, managing the customer touchpointsFrictionless delivery planning and management through the logistic portal: delivery date management, DI job assignment activity closingFree stock optimization and managing of Purchase Orders to HQ, when required, assuring the correct stock movement managementAssure accurate management of order portfolio (backlog), avoiding expired backlog and proactively liaising with Sales in order to foresee backlog slippageConstantly update IT systems with all relevant information collected during customer service activitiesAssure the proper management of Technogym Care Activities, providing adequate feedback to customers' inquiriesManage a post-delivery survey in order to assess customers' satisfaction, proactively acting to solve any issue with the customerAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
You have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with strong time and workload management skills. What You Should BringBachelor's or Master's Degree in Foreign Languages, Economics, International Relations or similar fields2-5 years' experience in Customer Service or Logistics areasFluent in English (minimum level C1 CEFR), fluency in another language besides Italian is considered a plusCustomer Caring and Customer OrientationKnowledge of SAP – advance SD module use (preferred)Service business expertiseProject ManagementFinancial Skills and Cost ManagementNegotiation and solid communication skillsAdvance Analytical SkillsAdvance MS Office pack use, especially advance excel useTechnogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
