Who we are. . .

AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.

**The project!

We are looking for a **Design Manager** to lead and coordinate the product division in the definition and development of the new collections on the scheduled timings, with the aim to create on-trend collections which help to maximize sales

**What will the role entail?

- Lead and develop the team to ensure the goals and objectives of the area are achieved.

- Conduct consumer market research using internet, at the streets and attending job fairs, in order to identify the fashion trends for the next season.

- Analyze the competitors digitally and at the streets in order to get information about the market direction.

- Analyze the sales results of the previous season with the aim to define the structure of the collection for the next season (quantities, types of clothing, patterns, etc.

).

- Drive the development of the new collection by choosing the colours, patterns, graphic material and textures, in line with the market direction.

- Participate in the choice of suppliers to ensure they meet with the requirements.

- Supervise the preparation of product sheets which are sent to the manufacturers to ensure they compile all the specifications of the garments previously defined.

- Communicate and liaise with suppliers to solve any doubts they have regarding the design and development of the garments.

- Review and follow up the prototypes in order to check that they have been produced according to the specifications and they fit in the collection.

- Participate in the organization of the collection presentation.

**Requirements of the position**:

- Degree in Design and Graphic Arts

- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in Fashion Design

- English C1

- Illustrator

- Photoshop
