We are looking for a hr services multinational company:

**INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING MANAGER - SERVICES INDUSTRIES

**Main activities

- Develop, implement (with Local Marketing & Team) and manage our Content Marketing, PR Strategy and Editorial Calendar for 7 Global Brands

- Develop, implement (with Local Marketing & Team) and manage our Digital, Search Engine and Social Media Marketing Strategy for 7 Global Brands

- Define the most important Digital, SEM & Social Media Marketing KPIs and track them together with Local Marketing

- Manage Company SM profiles and oversee Key Company people professional SM profiles & content

- Work with content creators and designers to ensure content is relevant, appealing and SEO optimized

- Monitor SEO, Search Engine ranking, Web Traffic metrics, user engagement, review effectiveness and manage optimization

- Manage external partners (Agencies & Suppliers)

- Ensures Targets setting and ROI measurement for ongoing and ad-hoc Digital Marketing activities and supports the management of the marketing budget

**Requirements**:

- Master Degree or equivalent background

- 3- 5 years experience in similar roles, preferably at multinational companies.

- Nice to have Experience in Hr Services Sector

- Previous international experience

- People Management

- Business Acumen: turn business strategies into Marketing Plans

- Medium Level of Search Engine Marketing (Google Analytics, Google Trends, Google Adwords )

- Medium Level of Social Media Marketing (in order of priority: Linkedin, Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)

- Medium Level of Digital Marketing (PPC, PPV, Digital ADV )

- Budget Management

- Professional English knowledge, written and spoken
