**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:

We are looking for **International Dignitary Programme Coordinator.

The identified resource will be responsible for:

- Identify and define all levels of service for international dignitaries who will participate in the Olympics and related events.

- Identify and negotiate the needs of international dignitaries in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Embassies, in order to guarantee maximum satisfaction through the creation of a well-organised level of service, defining the levels of service and accreditation in compliance with the rules and of the IOC regulations.

- With a view to effectively and efficiently managing all services to international dignitaries during the preparation and execution phases of the Games, planning their needs and managing all activities related to their availability within the defined timescales.

- Availability to interact with internal FAs, with Embassies, with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and with IOC, as well as with suppliers of expected services, focusing on specific needs and considering optimizations where possible (of time, accreditations, etc.

).

- Ensure that the levels of service (LoS) are in line with those expected by the IOC and formalized for their approval.

- Assist in the drafting of documents required by the function.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is a plus);

- Seniority: at least 5 years of work experience;

- Foreign languages: English Level C2 + a knowledge of additional languages is a plus;

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 + Power Point;

- Able to interact in a diplomatic way and organize activities independently, available to share information and negotiate;

- Able in people & services management: to deliver a service, problem solving and planning/operations management;

- Experienced in international relations and with clients in institutional or sport events/organization;

- Experienced in fleet management for big events or in international companies.
