What you'll do:You will join the team of IT Portfolio and Program management and in particular in the business / management IT International Governance & Systems reporting directly to International Governance & Systems Manager. You will have the opportunity to be involved, as a Junior PM, in Governance activities related to Foreign Concessions and Technology Hubs, in line with Sisal's strategic pillar of international business expansion.
In particular, with reference to the Governance activities of the Foreign Concessions, you will support in the end-to-end governance and coordination of the IT Functions involved in the new international tenders and, in case of tender award, in the implementation activities aimed at ensuring the Go Live of the Concession on time and with the expected quality.
With reference to the Governance activities of the Technology Hubs, you will support in the monitoring of the overall operations of the already existing Hubs and in the set-up of the new Hubs. Who you are:You have at least 2 years of experience in project management of complex projects, preferably in Consulting Firm. You have a degree in Management engineering, Business, etc. You have excellent knowledge of Project documentation management (SAL, Issue/Risk Log, Project Plan, etc. )
and Office Package (Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, Visio). You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written. You are proactive, flexible, determined, innovative, accurate, problem solver. You know how to work in a team, lead meetings, autonomously address issues, organize and schedule activities and manage complex projects, interacting with multiple and heterogeneous stakeholders. Preferably, you also have:Previous experience in International Scenarios. Basic knowledge of Project Management skills. What we offer you/you can expect from us:Permanent contract. Hybrid work.
