International HR Internship**:

We are looking for a resource to be included for an International HR internship In your role you will report to the Global Sales HRBP & Plants Coordinator.

You will be based in Air Hex Alonte, Alonte, Italy.

Mission of the role

The resource included within the Human Resources department, will give support in the activities of Organization, People Management, HR Process Development, Recruitment

You will be in charge of

HR Analysis

HR process development

Talent Acquisition

Support in other activities and/or projects.

Education & Experience we are looking for

Previous internship experience in HR (preferential)

Master's degree (preferably Psychology, Human Resources, Economics).

Qualifications we are looking for

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).

Knowledge of English (B1/B2).

Communication and relational skills, listening skills, assertiveness and analytical skills.

Objectivity, empathy, confidentiality, reliability and flexibility.

Goal orientation, operational concreteness, teamwork.

Organizational skills

Passion and strong motivation to the HR matters
