International Hr Manager
For a leading Company operating in the entertainment field we are looking for a
**International HR Manager
responsible for defining and implementing the People Strategy and HR framework for each international subsidiary.
The overall objective will be to action a unique employee value proposition within a fair, safe, and transparent workplace environment
The role will report to HR Director and will work closely with HR competence centres and the international local HR Managers, as well as provide an important link to HQ
**Posizione**:
- Define and implement a People strategy that touches all fundamental HR pillars: Total Reward strategy, DE&I, People Engagement, Talent Development & Management, HR Operations and Recruiting strategy, focusing on people experience
- Build stakeholder engagement with each business, in particular with the Subsidiary's General Manager and local HR Manager / team
- Introduce innovative HR models and tools, through national and international benchmarking and scouting
- Build and monitor HR data & analytics to drive decisions and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the People strategy
- Contribute to designing sustainable and flexible organisational structures, outline roles & responsibilities and implement workforce planning
- Support in process mapping and procedures drafting to achieve effectivess and efficiency and support business strategy implementation
- Act as HRBP for the International division.
**Requisiti**:
- You have at least 10 years of experience in a multinational / international, complex and fast-moving company
- You have a degree in Business Administration or Psychology
- Willing to travel frequently
- Experience of operating in a Manager level role within the HR area in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A creative mindset with lots of energy and a strategic approach
- Ability to inspire and engage cross-functional HR teams to deliver a people roadmap that drives business
- Demonstrable experience of leading at scale to successfully deliver against strategic objectives
- Extensive experience of stakeholder management, up to and including C-suite
- Fluent in English and, preferrably, in French
