- **curricular internship from 3 to 6 months (in this case 6-month Internship)** in one of the Group countries in different business areas:

**Loans Agency Description

- Loans Agency ("Agency") has been created to provide pre

- and post-signing support for syndicated facilities for which UniCredit acts as agent bank.

The role of Agency is to provide a smooth interface between the borrower, the legal advisors, and the lenders pre-syndication and to be the main contact for the participant banks, lenders and loans administration during / after syndication.

We deal with the financial close, waiver request, timely receipt and distribution of financial information, adherence to financial covenants, handle queries from the borrower and lenders, transfer involving participants. - The resource will support Senior Loans Agency team members in the following activities:

- managing mandates awarded to UniCredit SpA acting as Facility Agent

- finalizing of documentation and CPs satisfaction

- monitoring borrower's obligations under the loan documentation

- handling waivers/amendments

- preparing/reconciling the "security matrix" where UC is acting as Security Agent

- a proficient level of knowledge of Excel spreadsheets is required

Requisiti

- University student attending a Bachelor or a Master - at least enrolled in the 2nd year of Bachelor

- Excellent academic records

- Fluency in English

- Full-time availability

- Learning agility, outstanding team working and communication skills, analytical mindset
